Aston Martin Vantage Launched In India At Rs. 3.99 Crore

Aston Martin has launched the new Vantage in India at a starting price of Rs 3.99 crore (ex-showroom).

The new Aston Martin Vantage comes as a combination of sports car performance with luxurious design.

The British sports carmaker has packed the 2024 Vantage with a more powerful V8 engine, redesigned interiors and a host of new convenience features.
The Deliveries for the all-new Vantage will commence in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Aston Martin is expanding its presence in India, targeting demand from tier II and III cities.

Notably, The super luxury car market in India is growing at about 35 to 40% over the last two years.

On the front fascia, Vantage features a sharper grille, while the new integrated splitter, with a wider and lower stance. The new Aston Martin Vantage features a 38% larger grille for improved cooling, and new Matrix LED headlamps.

Other styling details include frameless door mirrors along with a wider rear bumper for a more purposeful stance. The two-door coupe also gets revised fender air ducts, diffuser, and 21-inch alloy wheels finished in Satin Silver.
The Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tyre has been made specifically for the Vantage.

Aston Martin Vantage: Interior

The interior boasts sleek lines, exquisite hand-stitched Bridge of Weir hides, and 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins sound system with Aston Martin’s next-generation infotainment. It has a 10.25-inch touchscreen with full capacitive single and multi-finger gesture control. The interiors integrated multi-screen system with full online connectivity and navigation control.
Moreover, the Vantage navigation system features online connectivity. Gear selection, drive selection, heating and ventilation can be toggled through manual buttons.

Aston Martin Vantage: Powertrain and Performance

The new Vantage replaces the V12 with a more powerful 4.0 Twin-Turbo V8 engine. The V8 engine is power rated at 665 PS and 800m of torque, going up by 155PS and 115 Nm, mated to an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission, the two-seater sports car has a top speed of 325 kmph and a 0-100 kmph in just 3.5 seconds.
The power and torque have increased by 30% and 15% respectively.
There is an electric power steering system too while the new Vantage is now a lot more stiffer which would result in better handling.
Additionally, Aston Martin has introduced a new launch control system with Vantage. Launch control allows the car to deploy as much torque as conditions allow, using the E-Diff, ESP slip control and engine torque management to keep wheel slip in the optimal range throughout the launch.
