Skoda India has announced significant price cuts for select models in its lineup. The Kushaq range now starts at Rs 10.89 lakh, while the Slavia is priced at Rs 10.69 lakh (ex-showroom). However, Skoda says that the revised prices are effective for a limited time. The move comes in an attempt to make the models more accessible for buyers.
The ex-showroom prices of Kushaq and Slavia have been slashed, along with new variant names.
The Skoda Slavia is available in three variants, namely, Classic, Signature, and Prestige, across manual and automatic versions. The Slavia now starts at Rs. 10.69 lakh for the Classic (base-spec variant) and Rs. 18.69 lakh for the top-spec Prestige AT variant (all prices, ex-showroom).
Previously, the base variant of Slavia, i.e., Active, was priced at Rs 11.63 lakh. After the latest update, the entry-level Slavia Classic is now priced at Rs 10.69 lakh, which makes it Rs 94,000 more affordable than before.
The Kushaq is now available in five trims: Classic, Onyx, Signature, Monte Carlo, and Prestige. The Kushaq lineup now starts with a reduced entry point of Rs 10.89 lakh, down by Rs 1.1 lakh. These new adjustments aim to offer greater affordability and appeal across the Kushaq range, ensuring it remains competitive in the market for compact SUVs.
The Kushaq has received a massive price cut, up to Rs 2.19 lakh. Unlike the Slavia, the Kushaq does not get a price hike. The top variant in the KUSHAQ range is now the Prestige, which costs between ₹16.09 lakh and ₹18.79 lakh, a significant decrease from the previous range-topping trim that ranged from ₹17.29-20.49 lakh.
