BMW India has launched the new M340i xDrive in the Indian market. Priced at Rs 74.90 lakh (ex-showroom).
The new BMW M340i xDrive is locally manufactured at the BMW Group plant in Chennai.

BMW M340i: What’s New?
Exterior
Key exterior design upgrades include M-specific grille finished in black, M-specific ORVM housings, and dual exhaust tips. BMW is now offering the M340i with new 19-inch blacked-out alloy wheels and adaptive suspension.
Furthermore, the headlights are complimented by the M Lights Shadowline line, which adds a sporty black tint, making for an imposing front fascia. Additionally, the car features a body-colored M rear spoiler on the boot lid. The vehicle’s athletic touch is also enhanced by air intake struts and trapezoidal tailpipe trims.
Colour Options
The new M340i xDrive is available with a range of metallic paint schemes, including Arctic Race Blue, Dravit Grey, Fire Red Metallic, and Black Saphhire.
Interior
On the inside, the M340i features a new sporty steering wheel, ambient lighting, and a premium Harman Kardon surround sound system. It also gets a new curved connected dual-screen setup on the inside, which features a 14.9-inch instrument cluster with navigation and a 12.3-inch infotainment system with BMW OS 8.5.
BMW M340i: Powertrain
The M340i is powered with a 3.0-liter turbocharged straight-six, making close to 374bhp and 500Nm, which is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic. Though BMW hasn’t altered the M340i mechanically in this update, it has made the M Sport suspension standard.
