Toyota is gearing up to introduce the 9th generation Camry in India. Officially known as Camry XV80, the latest iteration of the premium executive saloon will be launched in India on December 11.

The upcoming Camry will be based on the same TNGA-K platform and will continue to be assembled in India from Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits.

The Camry hybrid is currently priced at Rs. 46.20 lakh (ex-showroom), and the upcoming sedan could incur a price hike.

The new Toyota Camry features an evolutionary design compared to the model currently sold in India.The new Camry features sleek LED headlamps and a slim grille. J-shaped LED DRLs and a heavily sculpted front bumper add more flair to the new Camry. The side profile is largely unchanged, while the rear end features new LED taillights and a redesigned boot lid.

New-gen 2025 Toyota Camry: Powertrain

The premium sedan is a full hybrid model powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder producing 222 bhp and mated to an eCVT powering the front wheels.

Globally, it is offered in nine paint options: Platinum White Pearl Mica, Silver Metallic, Precious Metal, Attitude Black Mica, Emotional Red 3, Precious Bronze, and Dark Blue Mica.
