Mahindra’s third INGLO-based electric SUV, which will be named the XEV 7e, has leaked online. These leaked images suggest that the XEV 7e will be a non-coupe version of the recently launched XEV 9e, sharing almost all of their features and equipment.

Mahindra has filed a trademark for the all-electric XUV700 that suggests it could be called the XEV 7e, which was earlier known as the XUV.e8 when it was shown as a concept in 2022.

Mahindra XEV 7e: Design

While the front of the new model will be similar to the XEV 9e, the rear and side profiles will be carried over from the XUV 700. Alongside, the new XEV 7e will get new aero-designed wheels like the other BE and XEV models.

The front end features a prominent DRL design along the bonnet, forming an inverted L-shape, giving it a distinctive look. At the rear, a connected taillight design adds to the futuristic appeal.

On the inside, the cabin has a lot in common with the XEV 9e, including the three-screen setup and the two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo.

Mahindra XEV 7e: Launch details

Mahindra has not yet disclosed when it will launch this new eSUV in the country. However, we expect the new Mahindra XEV 7e to be launched in the later half of 2025.
