Rolls Royce Ghost Series II Design and Interior
The new Ghost Series II showcases an evolution of its signature design, featuring refined exterior styling that builds upon its foundational architecture. There are several fresh elements, such as newly designed headlights that are slimmer than before, and a reshaped bumper that exudes elegance. Moreover, there’s a RR illuminated Pantheon grille. at the rear, the LED tail-lamps feature the distinctive vertical strakes first introduced in the Spectre EV. Additionally, the twin chrome exhausts are now integrated into the rear bumper. The new Ghost is offered with a choice of two 22-inch, 9-spoke wheel options, one fully- and one part-polished.
On the inside, the cabin design remains familiar, Rolls-Royce has added a few new elements. A full-length glass panel now spans the dashboard, featuring Rolls-Royce’s ‘Spirit’ operating system. Customers can also opt for a new Grey Stained Ash wood trim and an upholstery material called Duality Twill. Rolls-Royce also claims that the in-car connectivity system has been upgraded, allowing passengers at the rear to connect two streaming devices to their corresponding screens. The rear infotainment system can also be paired with wireless headphones as well. The amplifier for the audio system is a 1,400W unit, up from the 1,300W system available on its predecessor.
“Ghost Series II represents the fundamental tenets of Rolls-Royce — serenity, effortlessness and elegance — distilled into an expressive, monolithic form. Our clients asked for a design that would provide a stage for their Bespoke colour and material choices, whether quiet and restrained or bold and expressive. In line with their requirements, Ghost Series II is characterised by meaningful refinements that further enhance the motor car’s standing as a potent canvas for creativity.” Juliane Blasi, Head of Exterior Design, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars
