2025 MG Comet EV Updated with New Features and Variants

JSW MG Motor India has updated the Comet EV with the 2025 model year update. The updated model comes with better interiors, upgraded technology, and improved safety features.

The MG Comet EV can be bought at a starting price of Rs 7 lakh (ex-showroom), the battery-as-a-service (BaaS) model allows you to have it for just Rs 4.99 lakh + Rs 2.5/km.

Whats new?

The Excite and Excite Fast Charge variants now come equipped with a Rear Parking Camera and electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs.

Additionally, the Exclusive and Exclusive Fast Charge variants offers premium leatherette seats and a 4-speaker audio system. The Fast Charging variants are equipped with a 17.4 kWh battery pack, offering a range of up to 230 km (IDC).

Moreover, customers can book the new Comet EV 2025 or the Comet BLACKSTORM edition for Rs 11,000 at MG dealerships across India.

The MG Comet EV prices range from Rs. 4.99 lakh to Rs. 7.77 lakh, ex-showroom.

The MG Comet EV 2025 comes in five distinct variants — Executive, Excite, Excite FC, Exclusive and Exclusive FC.

2025 MG Comet EV Warranty

The MG Comet EV is offered with eight years / 1.20 lakh kilometer warranty.

The Morris Garages Comet EV comes with the MG e-Shield smart ownership package, which covers repair and service costs. The 3-3-3-8 service plan includes:

3 years or 1 lakh km warranty
3 years Roadside Assistance (RSA)
3 free labor services for the first three scheduled services
8 years or 1.2 lakh km battery warranty
