MG M9 is built on a ground-up EV platform, which allows for a flat floor, better space management, and a more refined ride compared to ICE-based MPV conversions.
The M9 also features Level 2 ADAS as well as Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) capability.

MG M9 electric MPV has been launched in India at Rs 69.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The Presidential Limousine will be available in India via MG Select, the luxury brand channel.

Bookings & Deliveries

Pre-bookings are open at ₹1 lakh, the deliveries for the MG M9 will commence from August 10, 2025.

The MG M9 is a bold move for MG Motor in India, debuting as the brand’s first all-electric luxury MPV. Assembled via the SKD (Semi Knocked Down) route.

MG M9 Design

The front fascia features trapezoidal mesh grille which is flanked by sleek LED headlamps. The connected LED DRLs accord a premium touch to the nose

Fitted with 19-inch alloy wheels, the M9 comes with self-healing tires from Continental. It also features electrically sliding rear doors. The M9 comes with lots of chrome trim around the body to accentuate its premium trappings.

Coming to the rear the M9 gets connected tail lights, wipers, roof spoiler with an integrated stop lamp. The tailgate of the MPV is electrically powered.

The MG M9 features a 12.23-inch touchscreen infotainment panel with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a 7.0-inch digital driver’s display, digital IRVM, cabin air filter, wireless charger, and a 13-speaker JBL sound system.

The inclusion of a yacht-style panoramic sunroof bathes the cabin in natural light, while the 64-colour ambient lighting sets the mood for every journey.

There are also individual infotainment screens, tray tables, and a center aisle that gives easy access to the third row.

MG M9 Dimensions

In terms of dimensions, the new MG M9 measures 5200mm in length, 2000mm in width, and 1800mm in height, with a 3200mm wheelbase.

The MG M9 is available in three exterior color options:

Pearl Lustre White
Metal Black
Concrete Grey

MG M9 Safety Features

On the safety front, the M9 holds a 5-star rating from both EURO NCAP and ANCAP. It includes six airbags and Level 2 ADAS features. Moreover, there’s also a driver monitoring system, and the structure uses a mix of high-strength and ultra-high-strength steel.

MG M9 Warranty

MG offers a lifetime warranty on the high-voltage battery for the first owner and a 3-year/unlimited kilometer warranty on the car itself.
