Mercedes-Benz India has launched its flagship electric offering, the Maybach EQS 680 SUV, at ₹ 2.25 crore (ex-showroom).
The Maybach EQS 680 features a 611 km range, 11 airbags, fast charging, and luxury amenities.
The flagship SUV from Mercedes delivers exceptional performance, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds.
The EQS 680 is offered in two configurations: a five-seat model and a more exclusive four-seat version designed for the highest level of comfort. The four-seat variant comes with a rear-seat package tailored for maximum luxury.
Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680: Exterior
The EQS 680 highlights a massive closed-off front grille. The front fascia has a black panel radiator shell with vertical pinstripes and connected LED heights.
It features dual-tone paint, Maybach-style alloy wheels, Maybach emblems throughout, LED puddle lamps with Maybach logos, with chrome-plated filigree slats accentuate the bumper’s air intake, while the classic MAYBACH lettering is subtly integrated into a chrome strip aligned.
At the rear, continuous light strip rear lights and chrome accents on the tailgate, rear apron, and spoiler lip highlight the SUV’s exclusivity.
Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680: Interior
Inside, the EQS 680 features a 56-inch MBUX Hyperscreen, a Burmester 4D sound system, and executive seating with massage functions. Rear passengers enjoy entertainment via two 11.6-inch displays and an MBUX tablet.
The SUV is available with optional packages such as the Chauffeur and First-Class Rear packages, offering luxury touches like thermal cup holders, folding tables, and silver-plated champagne goblets.
Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680: Powertrain
The Maybach EQS 680 comes with a 122 kWh battery pack, claimed to offer a WLTP range of 600 km on a single charge. The car is powered by two electric motors (one on each axle), producing a combined output of 649 BHP and 950 Nm. Mercedes claims that the SUV can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds and touch a top speed of 210 km/h. The car comes with fully variable 4MATIC all-wheel drive. Additionally, it is equipped with air suspension with adaptive damping and 10-degree rear steering.
Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680: Safety
For safety, the SUV gets 360-degree cameras, ADAS, ABS, multiple airbags, EBD, and traction control.
