Tata Curvv.ev SeriesX Launched at ₹16.99 Lakh: 55kWh Batterys & Lifetime Warranty!

Tata Motors has introduced Curvv.ev SeriesX in India, adding two new variants and a striking new color option. Starting at ₹16.99 lakh (ex-showroom)

The lineup is now streamlined into two primary “personas,” effectively discontinuing the smaller 45 kWh battery options and previous 55 kWh variants.

TATA.ev is also offering a lifetime warranty on the high-voltage battery, which significantly strengthens the ownership proposition.

With the Curvv.ev SeriesX, TATA.ev is clearly targeting buyers who want a premium electric SUV without stepping into the ultra-expensive segment.

Whats New?

The Accomplished X 55 variant comes equipped with a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera system featuring a blind-spot monitor, and dual 26.03 cm digital displays for both the infotainment system and the instrument cluster. Inside the cabin, the model offers passively ventilated seats finished in premium leatherette upholstery, along with integrated rear sunshades.

The premium Empowered X 55 variant enhances the interior with a larger 31.24 cm Harman touchscreen, a nine-speaker JBL audio system, active ventilation for the front seats, and a six-way power-adjustable driver’s seat. Additionally, this trim provides Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) with 20 safety functions, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capabilities, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a gesture-controlled powered tailgate. The SeriesX range is offered in five exterior shades, including the fresh Nitro Crimson color option.

Warranty

TATA.ev says the car is backed by a lifetime high-voltage battery warranty, with “lifetime” defined as 15 years for the first owner from the date of registration, subject to terms and conditions.
