BMW has launched the X7 Signature Edition in India at Rs 1.33 crore (ex-showroom). The new Signature Edition is priced Rs. 3 lakh more than the standard xDrive40i M Sport variant. This special edition gets more features and cosmetic upgrades.

This special edition of BMW’s flagship luxury SUV is being produced at the BMW Group Plant in Chennai and is available for booking via the BMW Online Shop.

BMW X7 Signature Edition: Exterior

The BMW X7 Signature Edition mainly features cosmetic changes. The SUV now sports chrome bars on the grille, updated LED headlights, and crystal headlamps with Swarovski glass-cut crystals in the front, creating a unique light effect. The aluminum-satinated roof rails and aluminum-satinated exterior elements add to the luxury appeal of this sports activity vehicle. The central air intake is framed by two eye-catching chrome air vents. Modern impulses such as 3D taillights with a new inner graphic and connecting chrome bar covered by smoked glass are eye-catching.

BMW X7 Signature Edition: Color options

The X7 Signature Edition will be sold in just two color options: Tanzanite Blue and Dravit Grey.

On the inside, the X7 Signature Edition is equipped with a connected screen setup (a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display and a 14.9-inch infotainment screen), 14-color ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof. It also offers a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, a heads-up display, and connected car technology. Additionally, the X7 Signature Edition includes a leather-wrapped instrument panel, Alcantara cushions, and crystal door pins. The cabin adopts a white and gray color scheme.

BMW X7 Signature Edition: Powertrain

No mechanical changes have been made to the limited edition of the SUV. The BMW X7 Signature Edition continues with the 3.0-liter, 6-cylinder turbo petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology. It pumps out 381 hp and 520 Nm of peak torque, which allows it to sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.8 seconds. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox that sends power to all four wheels via the xDrive all-wheel drive setup.

BMW X7 Signature Edition: Safety

On the safety front, the BMW X7 Signature Edition comes equipped with multiple airbags, a 360-degree camera, electronic stability control (ESC), and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) such as adaptive cruise control and driver drowsiness detection.
