Range Rover Sport SV Launched in India at Rs 2.05 Crore; Most Powerful Range Rover Ever

Range Rover Sport SV has been launched in India with a starting price of Rs 2.05 crore (ex-showroom).

This new “Pure SV” model sits just below the “Edition Two” version that was already available. The price drop is largely due to the new India-UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Because these cars are imported from the UK, the import tax has been slashed from 110% down to 30%, with plans to drop it to 10% in the future.

This tax cut has allowed Land Rover to slash prices by up to ₹75 lakh across their top-end Range Rover SV lineup.

Notably, the new Range Rover Sport SV will become the first model from the Sport SV portfolio to arrive at JLR India dealerships under the revised pricing structure.

Bookings & Deliveries

Bookings for the Range Rover Sport SV are now open, with deliveries slated to begin in August 2026.

Land Rover has curated five bespoke paint options specifically for Indian buyers, ensuring these SUVs stand out on the road. The new color palette includes:

• Green (Satin Finish)
• Orange (Matte Finish)
• Blue (Gloss Finish)
• Violet (Matte Finish)
• Teal (Gloss Finish)

To complement these bold colors, the India-spec model features a contrasting black roof and 22-inch forged alloy wheels.

The aggressive stance is further highlighted by quad exhaust pipes, a prominent rear spoiler, and the iconic “SV” logos. For a stealthier look, several elements have been blacked out, including the pillars, ORVM housings, front splitter, grille, air intakes, and the Range Rover/Land Rover lettering.

Inside, the 2026 Range Rover Sport SV features a cabin designed for the Indian climate and taste. Key highlights include:
