Tata Motors has officially launched the 2026 next-generation Tata Tiago facelift in India. Starting at an aggressive Rs. 4.69 lakh (ex-showroom), this update goes way beyond a simple cosmetic job, introducing premium, segment-first features and a brand-new interior.

Design & Interior

Up front, the refreshed Tata hatchback showcases a bolder, modern posture featuring narrower headlights, an elevated slender grille, and an overhauled bumper boasting an expanded lower air vent.

The side view keeps its familiar silhouette, enhanced only by fresh 15-inch machined rims and tweaked plastic trim around the wheels.

Around back, the vehicle debuts stylish full-width rear lights, a toned-down tailgate spoiler, and a streamlined lower valance.

Interior

Inside the cabin, the new Tata Tiago gets a significantly revised dashboard layout with a flatter and more modern design theme.

Tata has removed the traditional instrument binnacle, while the center console and two-spoke steering wheel have also been updated. Moreover, to ensure a cleaner look, AMT-equipped variants now feature a sleek rotary gear selector.

On the feature front, Tata Tiago include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a fully digital driver’s display, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The premium budget hatchback also offers dual wireless phone chargers, rear AC vents, and connected car technology. Additionally, drivers get cruise control, a cooled glovebox, and a crisp four-speaker audio setup.

Safety Features

On the safety front, the new Tiago comes with six airbags as standard across the range, along with a blind view monitor, cruise control, ESP, and traction control.
