Domestic Market Performance

Festive months have traditionally boosted car demand but Maruti Suzuki Sales October 2025 achieved new highs with remarkable numbers. The company’s domestic passenger vehicle sales reached 1,76,318 units registering a 10.48 % YoY increase compared to 1,59,591 units in October 2024

This growth also translated into a strong month on month (MoM) jump of 32.75 %, up from 1,32,820 units in September 2025. The revised GST 2.0 policy brought price cuts across several segments motivating more car buyers to make purchases during the festive period

  • Sales- 0 units sold in October 2025 compared to 659 units a year ago
  • Insight- Mid size sedans are seeing weaker demand as buyers prefer SUVs and premium hatchbacks

  • Sales- 13,537 units, up from 11,653 units last year
  • Growth- 16.16% YoY increase driven by small business and family utility use

  • Sales- 4,357 units in October 2025 vs 3,539 units in 2024
  • Growth- 23.11% rise due to rising logistics demand across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities

Maruti Suzuki’s Cumulative Performance (April–October FY2025–26)

From April to October 2025 Maruti Suzuki sold 9,71,764 passenger vehicles in the domestic market, compared to 10,04,205 units in the same period last fiscal. The numbers reflect slight moderation in full-year cumulative growth but strong festive month results could boost overall fiscal figures
