Honda Cars India has launched the latest iteration of the Amaze in the Indian market. The compact sedan has been launched at an introductory price of ₹ 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
The all-new Honda Amaze features a first-in-segment ADAS suite, making it the most affordable car in India to offer this advanced technology. With this addition, ADAS will now be available across Honda Cars India’s entire lineup.

The Honda Amaze facelift gets a refreshed exterior design. On the front it gets a new headlight setup, a revised grill, and a chrome Honda logo. In profile, the new Amaze looks a lot sharper than its predecessor. There’s a strong character line that starts from the edge of the headlamps, going all the way across the length of the sedan. The wing mirrors have been relocated from the pillar to the door.
Honda has introduced a fresh set of alloy wheels, complemented by a sleek shark fin antenna on the roof. At the rear, the sedan boasts updated styling, including redesigned tail lamps that draw inspiration from the City.

2024 Honda Amaze: Color Options

The new generation Honda Amaze is available in six different colors, which include Radiant Red Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic, Meteoroid Gray Metallic, and Lunar Silver Metallic. Also, there is a new paint option called Obsidian Blue Pearl.

On the inside, the cabin gets a dual-tone beige and black color combination. 7-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless phone charger, and a one-touch push-button start/stop system.
The compact sedan also has over 37 connected features as part of Honda Connect, which comes with a 5-year free subscription.

2024 Honda Amaze: Powertrain

The new Amaze gets power from a 1.2-litre iVTEC petrol engine mated with a 5-speed MT and CVT options. The engine churns out 88 bhp peak power at 6,000 rpm and 110 Nm torque at 4,800 rpm. Moreover, the CVT variant gets paddle shifters too.

2024 Honda Amaze: Fuel Efficiency

The new Amaze offers 18.65 kmpl mileage on the manual variant, while the CVT variant offers 19.46 kmpl.

2024 Honda Amaze: Safety Features

The third-gen Amaze comes with a slew of advanced safety features. These include 6 airbags, a lane watch camera, hill start assist, ESC, and ADAS.

The new Amaze will be available in three trims:
V Trim: It comes with standard features like LED lighting, a 7-inch TFT cluster, six airbags, and more.
VX Trim: Adds 15-inch alloy wheels, Honda Connect with a 5-year subscription, a segment-first Lane Watch Camera, and more.
ZX Trim: The top-end variant includes the advanced ADAS suite for enhanced safety.
