Kia Carens Clavis EV to be launched in India on July 15

Kia Carens Clavis will be unveiled on July 15, 2025. Kia India is gearing up for the launch of the All-electric derivative of the Carens Clavis MPV.
Notably, the Carens Clavis EV will be first locally-produced EV, and will also be the first three-row EV in the segment. Test mules of the Kia Carens Clavis EV have been spotted on multiple occasions in recent months.
The Kia Carens Clavis EV is expected to be priced around Rs 18 lakh – Rs 23 lakh (ex-showroom).

Kia Carens Clavis EV Battery Pack & Range
Kia has not confirmed any details about the EV, its possible that it might use the a 42 kWh battery and a 51.4 kWh battery pack, available as options. These battery pack options are expected to deliver a range of 390 km and 473 km, respectively.

The electric MPV is expected to get new styling cues and possible added features. The front fascia could receive a new LED Daytime Running Light along with a slightly different set of alloy wheels.
Kia Carens Clavis EV Safety Features
On the safety front, the Carens Clavis EV is expected to come equipped with a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), dual-camera dash cam, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, and a blind-view monitor displayed on the instrument cluster.
Additionally, the Carens Clavis EV will also support advanced EV-specific functionalities like Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging, adding to its versatility.
