The Kia Clavis has finally been revealed in India ahead of its market launch in the coming months.
It is an updated version of the existing Carens. Bookings will open tonight at 12 am. The prices of the MPV will be announced on June 2, 2025. The word Clavis comes from ‘Clavis Aurea’ which is Latin-speak for ‘Golden Key’, where Kia says that the new model holds the key to family happiness.
Interested buyers can pre-book the new Carens Clavis at a token amount of Rs 25,000 via Kia’s official website or an authorised dealership.

On the inside, the Clavis features a twin 26.62-inch panaromic display, dual-pane panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, front ventilated seats, in-built navigation, Bose audio system, etc.
Furthermore, segment-first feature on the Kia Clavis is the powered, one-touch double-folding second-row seat, designed to ease access to the third row.
The Clavis has several segment-first conveniences like spot lamp illumination in rear doors, a retractable seatback table with cup and device holders, and an electric parking brake with auto-hold
Additionally, it also comes with a Boss Mode, where the second row passenger can adjust the distance of the co-driver’s seat from behind and adjust the legroom.
