Lamborghini Temerario price starts at Rs 6 crore (Ex-showroom), Lamborghini’s latest model in India, the Temerario officially replaces the popular Huracan as the Italian brand’s entry-level model.
Lamborghini Temerario has been launched in India at ₹6 crore (ex-showroom, India). The Temerario gets a plug-in hybrid powertrain, making it the second supercar from the Sant’Agata Bolognese carmaker to get the hybrid system.
Powertrain
The Lamborghini Temerario is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, paired with a plug-in hybrid system and an 8-speed transmission. This petrol engine alone churns out 789 bhp and 730 Nm of torque.
The hybrid system includes three electric motors powered by a 3.8 kWh lithium-ion battery, adding an extra 295 bhp and 2150 Nm of torque.
Top Speed
The Temerario can reach at the top speed of 343 km/h. Lamborghini claims the Temerario accelerates from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour (km/h) in just 2.7 seconds
Design and Interior
On the design front, the Temerario looks like a mix of the larger Revuelto and the outgoing Huracán. It retains Lamborghini’s signature styling, with modern updates. It features slim LED headlamps, hexagonal daytime running lights, and a sharper front bumper with a carbon fibre splitter.
In profile, the Temerario introduces a larger aerodynamic vent just ahead of the rear wheels that improves downforce by 103% compared to the Huracán Evo. Moreover, the Temerario has staggered 20- and 21-inch wheels with forged or carbon-fiber options.
At the rear, there are hexagonal taillights with centrally mounted exhaust with aggressive aerodynamics, reinforcing the car’s performance-oriented design.
The structure of the Temerario incorporates an aluminium space frame and gives 20% greater torsional rigidity.
Notably, Lamborghini has also incorporated a few carbon fiber elements for a significant weight reduction of 25 kgs.
Interior
Inside the Temerario, the cabin layout draws inspiration from fighter jets, much like the Revuelto. The driver gets a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster, while the centre console houses an 8.4-inch vertically stacked touchscreen infotainment system. Additionally, a 9.1-inch passenger display keeps the co-driver informed and engaged
Driving Modes and Dedicated Drift mode
The Temerario also offers a wide range of driving modes – 13 in total – including Citta, Strada, Sport, and Corsa. There are also three plug-in hybrid-specific modes: Recharge, which focuses on battery charging; Hybrid, which balances efficiency and performance; and Performance, which unleashes the full power of the drivetrain. A dedicated drift mode with three levels of traction control further enhances enthusiasts’ driving experience.
