Mahindra SUV Prices Up by 2.5% from April 6: Thar, Scorpio-N, and XUV 3XO Affected

Mahindra & Mahindra has officially announced a price hike of up to 2.5% across its Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) SUV and commercial vehicle (CV) range. The new prices will take effect from April 6, 2026.

The Indian automaker has cited rising input costs—specifically for raw materials like steel and precious metals—alongside increased logistics and operational expenses as the primary drivers behind the move.

Notably, the price increase will take effect starting April 6. For the newly launched XUV7XO, the hike is set to kick in after the first 40,000 bookings that are protected at the current price, according to the company.

Moreover, Mahindra’s born-electric SUVs have also been spared from this latest price hike. These EVs include the BE6, XEV 9e and the XEV 9S.
