Mahindra’s much-awaited Thar Roxx has come into the limelight as the first-ever model, which was sold at auction for an eye-popping ₹1.31 crore. The sale of this off-roader was a part of the initiative of the special cause, the proceeds of which went to charity, hence enhancing the exclusivity of this vehicle. It is powered by either a 2.0-liter mStallion turbo-petrol engine or a 2.2-liter mHawk turbo-diesel engine, either of which comes with manual and automatic gearbox options.

Apart from the powerful performance, it also has many high-end features that enhance the overall driving experience. Such features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android auto, and a Harman Kardon speakers system. It also includes a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, and premium-looking interior finishes, which bring class to this tough vehicle. The Thar Roxx is available in 7 different colors, including Tango Red, Everest White, and Stealth Black.

Booking for the Thar Roxx will starts from October 3, and the first deliveries are scheduled to coincide with Dussehra 2024 on October 12. Mahindra Thar Roxx will compete with the Gurkha 5-door, Jimny, and Scorpio N.
