Mahindra XEV 9S To Debut On November 27

Mahindra XEV 9S three-row electric SUV is set to be revealed on November 27, 2025, at the brand’s ‘Scream Electric’ anniversary event in Bengaluru.

The XEV 9S will be based on the INGLO platform, which also underpins the XEV 9e, and will come with seven seats in a 3-row configuration.

The 3-row Electric SUV will likely feature a longer wheelbase than the XEV 9e, accommodating an additional row of seats while maintaining the XEV range’s core design DNA.

“Unlike earlier models adapted from internal combustion platforms, the XEV 9S is a purpose-built electric SUV,” the auto major said in a statement. “The skateboard-style INGLO architecture allows a flat floor, providing more cabin space and flexible seating configurations, including sliding second-row seats,” the statement further added. The low center of gravity is expected to improve ride comfort and stability.

Mahindra XEV 9S Battery Pack & Range

Talking about the battery pack, the lower variants could use a 59 kWh unit, providing a range of around 542 km. While, the top-spec variant is anticipated to feature a 79 kWh battery pack, offering a claimed range of up to 656 km on a single charge.
