Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 model will now come equipped with six airbags as standard across all variants. This new safety upgrade comes at a cost of ₹14,000 for the base model while prices of the LXi, VXi and VXi+ variants have been increased by Rs 6,000, 16,000 and Rs 10,000, respectively.
The new pricing of the Alto K10 starts at ₹4.23 lakh and goes up to ₹6.21 lakh.
The Alto K10 is currently the most affordable car on sale in India. The affordable hatchback now gets 6 Airbags, ESP, ABS EBD and a collapsible steering column as standard.
Additionally, the hatchback is equipped with a rear door child lock, engine immobilizer, high-speed alert system, front seat belt pretensioners with force limiters, a seat belt reminder with a buzzer, headlamp leveling, and a high-mounted stop lamp.

The Alto K10 is powered by a 1-litre Dualjet petrol engine producing 67 PS and 89 Nm. This engine can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. Additionally, there is a CNG variant available with an output of 57 PS and 82 Nm, exclusively paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.

The Alto K10 features list includes a 7-inch infotainment system, steering mounted audio and calling controls, manual AC, keyless entry, power-adjustable ORVMs, and a 4-speaker sound system.
