Maruti Suzuki e Vitara revealed
Maruti Suzuki has globally revealed its first EV, the “e Vitara.” The electric SUV will go on sale in several countries like India, Japan, and Europe around the summer of 2025.
The e Vitara will debut in India at the Bharat Mobility Show in New Delhi in January 2025, with sales commencing in March.
Notably, the e-Vitara will be the first EV from Maruti Suzuki for our market.
Moreover, Suzuki’s Gujarat facility will serve as the production hub for the e Vitara SUV, with 50 percent of its production designated for export markets, including Europe and Japan.
The e Vitara closely mirrors the eVX concept showcased at Auto Expo 2023 and the Japan Mobility Show, featuring sleek LED headlights and Y-shaped LED DRLs, along with a chunky bumper that integrates into fog lights.

Maruti Suzuki e Vitara revealed
The Suzuki e Vitara will offer plus interior with a floating dual-screen infotainment system and instrument cluster, sporting a two-spoke steering wheel. The drive-select is a rotary dial on the central tunnel, featuring a piano-black trim. The AC vents are rectangular in shape with silver trims; additionally, the Vitara offers mixed fabric-leatherette seats.

The European-spec e Vitara comes with two battery pack options: 49 kWh and 61 kWh. The detailed specifications are as follows:
