MG Motor has claimed that the Cyberster can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds.

JSW MG Motor India is set to introduce the MG Cyberster on June 25. The new electric sports car will be the first model under a new brand called ‘MG Select, a luxury brand channel by the Chinese automaker.

The MG Cyberster, touted as the fastest roadster is inspired by the retro aesthetics of the iconic MG B Roadster. Rooted in MG’s legacy of designing iconic vehicles, the Cyberster reflects the brand’s evolution over the years.

The MG Cyberster made its first appearance at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Show is expected to carry an ex-showroom price of nearly Rs 60 lakh, making it the most affordable sports car in its segment.

The two-door convertible will be available as a completely built unit (CBU).

MG Cyberster Design

On the design front, the Cyberster features sleek and futuristic design, which reflects luxury, performance, and cutting-edge technology.

The aerodynamic design elements draw inspiration from the classic MG B Roadster of the 1960s, include sculpted bodywork and a low-slung profile which enhances its visual appeal and overall performance. It was fine-tuned by an F1 legend known as Marco Failnello, ensuring that the car maintains excellent grip and stability even during aggressive cornering.

Driving Modes: The MG Cyberter comes with four driving modes – Sport, Super Sport, Comfort, and Custom to ensure that it is perfect for different conditions.

The MG Cyberster has a top speed of 200 kmph . It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.2 seconds.

On the inside, the electric sports car comes with a 3-screen setup on the dashboard, two of which are for the driver information and the last is an infotainment panel.

Other elements of the interior include a flat-bottom steering wheel, paddle shifters to control regeneration modes, electric roof, 6-way electrically-adjustable heated seats with memory function and an 8-speaker Bose audio system.

MG Cyberster Safety Features

In terms of safety, the Cyberster is equipped with six airbags, a 360-degree camera, a traction control system, an Electronic Stability Program (ESP), blind spot monitor, and a tyre pressure monitoring system, etc.

Additionally, it comes with a comprehensive suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), offering features such as lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, emergency braking, and collision warning.
