MG Hector’s Petrol variants gets a Price Hike of Up To 26,000

MG Motor Hector SUV price in India has hiked yet again. Now, buyers have to pay upto Rs 26,000 more to buy it.

JSW MG Motor India has revised the prices of the petrol variants of its Hector SUV in India. The SUV has incurred a price hike of up to Rs. 26,000 with immediate effect. However, diesel variants priceremain unchanged. Despite the price increases, MG Motor India has not introduced any new features to either model. The Hector continues to offer the same specifications.

Variants – The MG Hector comes in six variants: Style, Shine Pro, Select Pro, Smart Pro, Sharp Pro, and Savvy Pro.

Seating Configurations – The MG Hector gets five, six, and seven-seat configurations in the country.

Powertrain – The MG Hector has 1 Diesel Engine and 1 Petrol Engine on offer. The Diesel engine is 1956 cc while the Petrol engine is 1451 cc . It is available with Automatic & Manual transmission.

Features – The MG Hector comes equipped with a 14-inch portrait-style infotainment screen, automatic turn indicators, improved connected car technology, a panoramic sunroof (control the percentage of opening via the infotainment), and ambient lighting (multiple colours). Additionally, it includes a powered tailgate, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charging and heated outer rear-view mirrors.

Color Options – The MG Hector gets seven colour options: Dune Brown, Havana Grey, Candy White, Aurora Silver, White and Black (dual-tone), Glaze Red, and Starry Black.

Competitors

The MG Hector faces competition from other SUVs like the Tata Harrier, Mahindra XUV700, and the Mahindra Scorpio N. It also competes with the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.
