According to media reports, the next-generation Skoda Kodiaq will make its India debut at the Bharat Mobility Show.
The Auto Expo will be held from 17th to 22nd January in Delhi. While the all-new Skoda Kodiaq is likely to go on sale in the second quarter of 2025.
Skoda India has rolled out several units of the new Kodiaq for testing on Indian roads, leading to numerous sightings that have unveiled key details about the upcoming SUV. Production for the new Kodiaq will commence around March 2025 at the company’s facility in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
The new Kodiaq might be offered in at least two different variants at launch, with the higher-spec variant getting 4-wheel drive.

Like its predecessor, the new Kodiaq will come equipped with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine that delivers 190 hp and 320 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DCT automatic transmission and a 4X4 setup.

The 2025 Skoda Kodiaq features an updated front grille, LED headlamps, and the U-shaped LED taillights at the back with the ‘Skoda’ lettering in the center.

On the inside, the new-gen Kodiaq will include a 13-inch infotainment display, a fully digital instrument cluster, and the innovative Smart Dial setup with customizable color displays. The latest Skoda Kodiaq SUV’s “Modern Solid” design language boasts a slightly bigger cabin leading to increased interior space and deck capacity.
2025 Skoda Kodiaq: Expected Pricing and Rivals
The new Skoda Kodiaq price in India of ₹39.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India) is expected to rise slightly on the basis of the new Kodiaq. Its key contenders in the Indian market include the Toyota Fortuner, Jeep Meridian, Hyundai Tucson, MG Gloster, and upcoming Volkswagen Taigun.
