New Generation Hyundai Venue Arriving Soon in Late 2025
The 2025 Hyundai Venue Facelift is set to launch during the festive season with upgraded styling, more features and enhanced safety. Hyundai plans to update its popular compact SUV by offering more advanced technology, extra features for comfort and enhanced safety.

Hyundai Motor India expects to roll out the updated Hyundai Venue SUV in time for the festive season which is likely to take place between September and October 2025. The new changes include new styling, additional features inside the cabin, advanced safety equipment and the same excellent set of engines. Currently, the Hyundai Venue stands among the best in its class and it will continue to attract buyers who want convenient features and plenty of space.
Pictures of the new Venue’s premium model have appeared online, highlighting its exterior changes. These include:
  • An updated front grille with different inserts
  • Redesigned front and rear bumpers
  • New dual-tone alloy wheels
  • Updated LED daytime running lights and redesigned tail lamps
While the Venue looks different outside, Hyundai has kept it the same size inside and out.

Interior Upgrades and Feature Additions

Within the cabin, the new vehicle will come with a reimagined dashboard, various trim upgrades and enhanced interior materials. Some of the points to be added in higher trims include:
  • Ambient lighting
  • Ventilated front seats
  • A panoramic sunroof
  • A larger infotainment touchscreen
  • Digital instrument cluster
The purpose of these updates is to give the Venue a better premium feel and make it more valuable.

Enhanced Safety with Level 2 ADAS

A significant new feature is said to be Level 2 ADAS or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. Hyundai is likely to include:

Features that maintain speed and pause while the vehicle is stopped in traffic: 

  • Forward collision warning 
  • Blind spot monitoring 
  • Lane keep assist 
  • Driver attention alerts 
Furthermore, it has been reported that rear disc brakes, once exclusive to the Venue N Line, might now be included inside all Venues.

Powertrain Carries Over

The same engine options from the existing model will carry over to the new Venue. 

    • 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol (83 PS) 
    • 1.0L turbo-petrol (120 PS) 
    • 1.5L diesel (116 PS) 
You can still pick from a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual or the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic for your transmission. The fact that Hyundai has not changed the engine or transmission shows they are content with their performance.

Compact SUV Segment Heating Up

Right now, there is a rising demand for SUVs in India, making the facelifted Venue very timely. Based on industry statistics, compact SUVs sold more than any other passenger car in urban areas during the first quarter of 2025.
It is believed by analysts that by updating the Venue, Hyundai can compete well against the latest entries into the market such as Tata Nexon EV Max, Kia Sonet facelift and Maruti Fronx.

Compact SUV Segment Heating Up

Although Hyundai has not confirmed the launch date, news outlets suggest the new 2025 Venue may be introduced ahead of the holiday season, a period when India sees a spike in car sales.
Information about prices and different models’ features is likely to come out as the launch starts to approach.
