Nissan has introduced a government-approved CNG retrofitment kit for its newly launched Gravite MPV, priced at an introductory ₹82,999.

This kit is unique because it uses a twin-cylinder setup, making the Gravite the first in its segment to offer CNG while retaining its full 7-seater functionality.

• Warranty: Comes with a 3-year / 1,00,000 km third-party warranty backed by Motozen (the kit developer).
• Availability: Initially rolling out across 60 cities in 16 Indian states through authorized Nissan dealerships.

Following its recent showcase of twin-cylinder CNG technology, Nissan has officially introduced this greener fuel alternative for the Gravite 7-seater MPV. It is important to note that this is a dealer-level retrofitment kit rather than a factory-fitted option. Priced at ₹82,999, the kit is designed for variants equipped with a manual transmission.

To ensure customer peace of mind, Nissan offers a 3-year or 1,00,000 km third-party warranty on the kit’s components. While the Gravite CNG retains the same 1.0-litre engine found in the standard petrol model, However, Nissan has not yet officially revealed the performance output figures when running on CNG.
