Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II
Rolls-Royce has officially launched the updated Ghost Series II in India, following its global debut just two months ago.
The luxury sedan comes in three variants—Ghost, Extended, and Black Badge—priced at ₹8.95 crore, ₹10.19 crore, and ₹10.52 crore, respectively (all prices ex-showroom).

Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II: Exterior

The Ghost Series II comes with new headlamps that now have a trapezoidal shape and are outlined by new DRL units. The front bumper has also been revised and now comes with slightly reshaped air intakes. From the side, you won’t be able to notice any big change, though the new Ghost comes with a fresh set of 22-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, you see redesigned taillights that take inspiration from the Spectre. Rolls Royce has added a new Mustique Blue color to the Ghost’s catalogue. This comes over the already extensive color palette, which includes over 44,000 shades.

Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II: Interior

Inside, the Ghost gets Rolls-Royce’s latest Spirit infotainment system, displayed on a central screen housed behind a glass panel stretching the width of the dashboard. The Ghost Series II comes with two new options: Grey Stained Ash and Duality Twill. This bamboo-based fabric took a year to develop and requires 11 miles of thread and 2.2 million stitches to complete, adding 20 hours to the car’s already intensive build process.
The dashboard now includes a glass panel that spans its entire width, offering a sleek and modern appearance. Moreover, the software for the digital instrument panel can be customized to match the car’s exterior color, adding another layer of personalization.
There’s also a new Spirit Software that gets connected to the car tech, allowing customers to control functions like locking and unlocking the door and track the car’s location. The sound system has also been updated with a 1,400-watt amplifier. Moreover, the rear infotainment system can now also be paired with wireless headphones.

Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II: Powertrain

The Ghost Series II continues to offer the same mechanicals as its predecessor. It is powered by a 6.75-liter, twin-turbo V12 engine and an 8-speed automatic gearbox. In the standard Ghost and extended version, this powertrain delivers 563 hp/850 Nm, while the Black Badge variant offers it in a more powerful state of tune at 592 hp/900 Nm.
