Skoda Kushaq facelift Launch on January 19, New Design & More Features Expected!

- Skoda Kushaq will get significant updates to keep itself relevant in an increasingly competitive midsize SUV segment.
Skoda Kushaq facelift will be launched on January 19, 2026. Multiple test mules of the Kushaq facelift have already been spotted on Indian roads.
The Kushaq SUV will receive a proper refresh after its 2021 market entry. The refreshed model will feature updated design elements, new tech and interior upgrades. Skoda is also expected to introduce a new alloy wheel design as part of the update.
On the feature front, we can expect inclusion of Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, and a new touchscreen infotainment system. Moreover, Among the feature additions visible in spy shots, we can expect the 2026 Kushaq facelift to get a segment-first: a massage function for the rear seats.
The Kushaq will continue to be offered with the same engine options: a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine producing 113 hp and 178 Nm of torque, and a 1.5-litre four-cylinder TSI engine delivering 147 hp and 250 Nm. Transmission options are also expected to remain unchanged, including a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed torque converter automatic, and a 7-speed DSG.
This facelift aims to keep the Kushaq competitive against rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Tata Sierra in the compact SUV segment.
