Toyota Kirloskar Motor is ready to bring its first electric vehicle to India. The new model will be called the Toyota Urban Cruiser EV. This vehicle is basically a badge engineered e Vitara from Maruti Suzuki. The official launch will happen on 19 January 2026. The Urban Cruiser EV will be the first Toyota BEV in India and it opens a new chapter for the brand in the fast-growing electric automobile industry
