Tata Punch is set to receive a facelift with additional features and a streamlined variant lineup.
Test mules of the upcoming Tata Punch facelift have been spotted on a number of occasions in recent months.
The Tata Punch recently became India’s best-selling car and to continue its sales momentum. Tata Motors has already launched SUVs like Punch EV, Curvv EV, and Curvv ICE in 2024.
Similar to the Nexon, the Tata Punch facelift could offer a sunroof with more variants. The small SUV will receive a new console for armrests and integrated rear AC vents.
The 1.2-liter petrol engine, which produces 88 PS and 115 Nm of torque, will remain in the facelifted Tata Punch. It will be paired with an AMT or a 5-speed manual transmission. Additionally, the CNG model will continue to operate, generating 73.5 PS and 103 Nm when powered by CNG. The addition of the AMT gearbox option for the CNG model could also be on the cards, as Tata already offers the same with the Tiago and Tigor CNG models.
