The Tata Sierra EV has been captured in multiple spy shots over the past few months giving enthusiasts their first glimpses of the electric version of the popular mid size SUV. The ICE version of the Sierra has already seen tremendous success, with over 70,000 bookings and the electric variant is expected to follow the same path

EV Design Clues And Exterior Updates

One of the most obvious changes visible in the spy shots is the absence of an exhaust pipe confirming that this is an electric vehicle. The body of the SUV remains largely the same, maintaining the iconic silhouette that made the original Sierra popular. However the Sierra EV includes several EV centric design features that are both cosmetic and functional
