Tata Sierra Launch Confirmed, To Be Offered With Both ICE and EV Powertrains
Tata Motors has officially confirmed that the Sierra range will be launched in India this year. The Indian automaker has formally stated that the car will initially arrive as an EV, followed by an ICE version.
The Tata Sierra is one of the most anticipated launches for the car maker this year, given that it is bringing back a long-lot nametag.

The electric SUV will be based on the Acti.ev architecture that also underpins the Harrier EV and Curvv EV.
At the front, the Sierra 2025 features an upright stance with a sleek LED light bar running across its width. The grille design, which differentiates it from the EV model, is reminiscent of Tata’s current ICE lineup but carries bespoke touches.

Additionally, the Sierra will have a fixed panoramic view back window pane, just like the Tata Sierra (generations 1 and 2). It also has an extra sliding door that leads to the rear seating area that looks like a lounge.
The rear design follows a bold, upright stance with a flat tailgate and connected LED taillights for a futuristic touch.
