Upto Rs 2 Lakh Discount On Tesla Model Y In India

Tesla Model Y is being offered with discount of upto Rs 2 lakh in India. The discounts are offered on select unsold inventory of 2025 cars.

This discount is for the Standard Range variant, which is priced at Rs 59.89 Lakh. However, the discount applies only to units with the Stealth Grey exterior color and an all-black interior.

These discounts are not being advertised publicly and are instead being extended directly to prospective buyers and test-drive customers.

Sales have been extremely slow, and Tesla’s entry into India has had a sluggish start. According to Vahan data, Tesla sold 226 units in the 2025 calendar year, with December accounting for only 73 units—trailing significantly behind BYD and BMW in India.

Tesla as of now only sells the Model Y in India at a starting price of almost Rs 59.89 lakhs, competing with established luxury-car makers like the BMW iX1 and BYD Sealion 7.
