VinFast has showcased its entry-level VF3 micro SUV at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The micro-SUV segment has become a popular choice in the country in recent years, the VF3 can fit right in the segment.
Initially unveiled globally in August 2023, the VF 3 gained significant attention in its home market, as by May 2024 – when bookings opened in Vietnam – VinFast had secured 27,649 non-refundable orders for its smallest offering.
Designed to give it a retro-inspired design, the VF 3 has a boxy silhouette. It has a 191mm ground clearance and rides on 16-inch alloy, aerodynamically optimised wheels.

It measures 3,190 mm in length, 1,679 mm in width and 1,622 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,075 mm.
VinFast VF 3 : Battery pack and Range
The VF3 comes with an 18.64 kWh battery pack which is paired with an electric motor that produces 43.5 PS and 110 Nm, sending power to the rear wheels. It offers a claimed range of 215 km and supports fast charging as well, as it charges from 10 to 70 percent in just 36 minutes.
VinFast VF 3 : Price, Competitors
The VF 3 is anticipated to have a starting price of Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched the VF 3 will compete with the MG Comet EV, Tata Tiago EV and Tata Tigor EV.
