VinFast VF 6, VF 7 Achieve 5 Stars In Bharat NCAP Crash Test

Vinfast VF6 and VF7 electric SUV’s have achieved a 5-star safety rating for both Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) and Child Occupant Protection (COP) under the Bharat NCAP crash test.

According to Bharat NCAP test results, both VF 6 and VF 7 achieved 5-star ratings in the two core safety categories. Specifically, VF 6 recorded 27.13/32 points in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) and 44.41/49 points in Child Occupant Protection (COP). VF 7 achieved 28.54/32 points in AOP and 45.25/49 points in COP. These scores reflect a high level of protection for both adult and child occupants across both models.

Assembled at VinFast’s Tamil Nadu facility, both models come with a host of safety and driver-assistance features. The SUVs are equipped with 7 airbags and a suite of smart ADAS functions, including Auto Lane Changing Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Emergency Lane Keeping Assist, Front and Rear Automatic Emergency Braking, and Blind Spot Detection, enhancing collision avoidance and support in diverse traffic conditions.

VinFast VF6 is priced between Rs 16.49 lakh and Rs 18.29 lakh. It is offered in 3 variants: Earth, Wind and Wind Infinity.

The VF 7 price starts from Rs 20.89 lakh and goes up to Rs 25.49 lakh. It comes in 5 variants: Earth, Wind, Wind Infinity, Sky, and Sky Infinity.
