\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAn exclusive report by Reuters revealed that a 432-page Notice was served to Kia alleging that Kia\u2019s Carnival<\/a> model minivan was \u201cbeing imported in parts or components in separate lots\u201d through different shipping ports in an attempt to discharge reduced customs duty.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
