India&#8217;s automotive market is witnessing a significant shift.<\/p><p>According to Vahan portal data, 787,724 CNG passenger vehicles were sold in FY25, While, diesel car sales stood at of 736,508 units. (CNG) has surpassed diesel in the passenger vehicle segment for the first time in India\u2019s automotive history.<\/p><p>Moreover, the market share of CNG cars has risen to 20% of total passenger car sales, from 15% last year.<\/p><p>Rising fuel prices have made vehicles run on CNG an attractive option for the customer.
