  • Owners whose vehicles are registered in the name of private individuals:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>This is a key condition. The warranty is primarily for personal use vehicles.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
  • Existing Owners of the Tata\u00a0Curvv\u00a0EV and Nexon EV (45 kWh variants only):<\/span><\/b>\u00a0This is a fantastic retroactive benefit that allows current owners to also enjoy the extended warranty.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
  • Owners whose vehicles are registered in the name of private individuals:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>This is a key condition. The warranty is primarily for personal use vehicles.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
  • Vehicle must be serviced at authorized\u00a0TATA.ev\u00a0service stations:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>These services and repairs must adhere to the maintenance schedule recommended by Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
  • Registration in a private individual’s name:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0This suggests that commercial fleet operations might not be eligible.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
  • No transfer to third party (for lifetime benefit):<\/span><\/b>\u00a0If the vehicle is transferred or sold to any third party (i.e. a second owner onwards), the warranty terms change. The warranty reverts to a standard 8 years or 1,60,000 km for the second registration onwards. Owners must inform Tata Motors about the ownership transfer, or the battery warranty will not be offered.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
  • Active & uninterrupted\u00a0<\/span><\/b>IRA.ev<\/span><\/b>\u00a0connection:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0The vehicle must maintain an active and uninterrupted connection to the\u00a0IRA.ev\u00a0(Tata’s connected car platform) throughout the entire ownership period.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li>
  • Battery condition:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0The high-voltage (HV) battery must be free from any physical damage or tampering.
