Maserati MCPura has officially entered the Indian market, priced at Rs 4.12 crore (ex-showroom). Alongside it, the Italian luxury brand also introduced the MCPura Cielo convertible, which costs Rs 5.12 crore. Both models serve as the next evolution of the popular Maserati MC20 supercar. The MCPura was first showcased at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July this year and is now available in India just three months after its global reveal.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

The Maserati MCPura and its convertible sibling are powered by the same 3.0 liter twin turbo V6 petrol engine. This engine delivers an impressive 630 hp and 720 Nm of torque paired with an 8 speed dual clutch automatic transmission. The coupe can accelerate from 0 to 100 km\/h in just 2.9 seconds placing it among the fastest models in its class.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Both versions of the MCPura are mid engined supercars, designed for maximum balance and performance. Maserati<\/a> claims that the car\u2019s aerodynamics and engine tuning were developed with precision to provide sharp handling and incredible straight line speed.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Interestingly, the MCPura Cielo is priced Rs 19 lakh less than the earlier MC20<\/a> Cielo which went on sale in India in May this year.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Compared to the MC20 the Maserati MCPura features a more aggressive and aerodynamic design. Developed in collaboration with Dallara, a well known racing car engineering firm the model gets updates aimed at improving air flow and high speed stability.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

  • A vivid AI Aqua Rainbow color, which changes shades under sunlight to create a rainbow-like effect<\/span> <\/span><\/li>
  • The coupe version gets a matte finish, while the Cielo convertible features a glossy coating<\/span> <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

    Maserati says the AI Aqua Rainbow finish is among the most striking new shades offered on its cars. The entire design philosophy behind the MCPura centers on reducing drag and improving aerodynamic efficiency making it a true performance-oriented supercar.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>
