BYD Sealion 7 starts reaching dealerships, India launch on Feb 17

BYD India will launch the Sealion 7 will launch on February 17. Recently showcased at the Auto Expo 2025 The Sealion 7 is a global product and is already on sale in China and Europe.

BYD India has started accepting bookings for the Sealion 7 from 18 January 2025.
Customers can book the Sealion 7 at a token amount of Rs 70,000 while BYD will contribute the same amount towards the booking. This offer is valid till 17 February 2025.
Moreover, BYD will offer special benefits for the first 70 customers of the Sealion 7 under the promotional booking offer. Additionally, there’s a 7-year/ 1,50,000km warranty and a complimentary 7kW AC home charger with free installation.

BYD Sealion 7 Battery Pack and Range

The BYD Sealion 7 will be offered in two variants, namely, Premium and Performance.

BYD Sealion 7 Dimensions

India-spec Sealion 7 will measure 4,830mm in length, 1,925mm in width, and 1,620 mm in height with a 2,930mm wheelbase.

BYD Sealion 7 Features

The BYD Sealion 7 is expected to feature a 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, dual-zone climate control with rear AC vents, a panoramic sunroof, electric sunshades, ventilated and heated front seats, heated rear seats, an air purifier, ambient lighting, auto-folding heated ORVMs, adaptive cruise control and an auto-dimming IRVM.

BYD Sealion 7 Color Options

BYD will offer the Sealion 7 in four colours: Cosmos Black, Atlantis Grey, Aurora White and Shark Grey.

BYD Sealion 7 Safety Features

For safety, the Sealion 7 may get equipped with 11 airbags, an ADAS suite, a 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, hill hold control, Isofix child seat mounts, and more.
