2025 BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase Launched In India, Priced at Rs 62.60 Lakh

BMW has launched the facelifted 3 Series Long Wheelbase (LWB) in India at Rs 62.60 lakh (ex-showroom).

BMW has launched the facelifted 3 Series Long Wheelbase (LWB) in India at Rs 62.60 lakh (ex-showroom). 

Locally produced at BMW Group Plant Chennai, the car is available in the petrol variant at all BMW India dealerships. BMW has confirmed that the diesel variant of the LWB sedan will be launched later. 

The German luxury carmaker has claimed that this is the longest car in its segment with the most spacious second-row. It measures 4,819 mm in length and has a wheelbase spanning 2,961 mm.

2025 BMW 3 Series LWB Exterior 

The 2025 BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase features the iconic BMW kidney grille and twin circular headlights which have been upgraded to adaptive LED projector units which are standard and ensure optimal visibility in low-light conditions. while the rear gets a high-gloss black diffuser, which enhances its bold and premium design. 

2025 BMW 3 Series LWB Interior 

On the inside, the overall layout of the dashboard remains more or less unchanged. The cabin now gets Vernasca Cognac leather upholstery, complemented by an Aluminium Rhombicle Anthracite finish.  

Moreover, the central AC vent design has also been refreshed with a more advanced look and is now flanked by new ambient lighting running the width of the dashboard. 

Additionally, the 2025 BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase is equipped with BMW’s latest iDrive Operating System 8.5, featuring touch, gesture, and voice controls. The BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant learns user habits and integrates smartphone applications. Additional technology features include BMW Digital Key Plus, Comfort Access System, and remote 3D view via the My BMW App. 

2025 BMW 3 Series LWB Color Options 

The 2025 BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase comes in four colors options which include Mineral White, Skyscraper Grey, M Carbon Black, and Arctic Race Blue. 

2025 BMW 3 Series LWB Powertrain and Performance 

Powering the new BMW 330Li is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology, delivering 258hp and 400Nm of peak torque between 1,550 and 4,400rpm. Paired with an eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission.  

Drivers can also tailor their experience using the Driving Experience Control switch, which offers multiple modes—ECO PRO for efficiency, Comfort for a balanced ride, and Sport for spirited driving. 

The new BMW 330Li can accelerate from 0 -100 km/hr in just 6.2 seconds. 

2025 BMW 3 Series LWB Safety Features 

On the safety front, the new BMW 330Li offers six airbags, Attentiveness Assistance, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Cornering Brake Control (CBC), electric parking brake with auto hold, side-impact protection, electronic vehicle immobilizer and crash sensor, and ISOFIX child seat mounts. Further, the 3 Series LWB comes with BMW Driving Assistant that offers blind-spot detection and collision warnings.
