The Indian car market is set to receive a variety of new models in the month of June 2025. With nearly half a year gone by, we have witnessed multiple brands launching all-new models or facelifts in the market.

Mercedes-Benz AMG G 63 India-specific Edition
Launch Date – June 12, 2025
Mercedes is working on a unique ‘India-inspired’ G-Wagon, which will be a Collector’s Edition.
Mercedes-Benz Collector’s Edition is a tribute to the “Rich Indian Tapestry and Landscape”. This is the first time Mercedes-Benz has worked on a product specifically for India.
The Collector’s Edition will get a vibrant orange paint job, exclusive to this model. We can expect some unique visual enhancements that nod to Indian culture along with distinctive badging, custom alloy wheels, and also Indian-themed graphics or decals.
MG Cyberster
Launch Date – 23 June, 2025
The Cyberster was unveiled at the Auto Expo 2025 and will be available through MG’s premium ‘Select’ outlets. Notably, the Cyberster is MG’s first convertible electric sportscar in India and the most powerful model it produces globally.
The new electric sports car will be the first model under a new brand called ‘MG Select, a luxury brand channel by the Chinese automaker.
The two-door convertible will be available as a completely built unit (CBU).
Tata Harrier EV
Launch Date – June 3, 2025
Tata Motros is gearing up to diversify its electric vehicle portfolio in the country with the Harrier EV.
Underpinning the acti.ev Gen 2 EV architecture, it will be the first electric vehicle from Tata to get the all-wheel-drive system
the Harrier EV will also boast of multiple terrain modes to further amplify the performance on different surfaces.
Built on the acti.ev+ architecture, the Harrier EV promises a real-world range of approximately 500km, a quad-wheel-drive (QWD) dual-motor setup, and a suite of premium features.
BMW 2 Series Facelift
Launch Date – June 2025
The facelifted BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is expected to launch in India this June. The updated model features a refreshed exterior design and interior with new technologies.
The new 2 Series Gran Coupe features a redesigned front end, the design of the nose is now more compact and sporty. The facelifted the 2 Series gets a low-set kidney grille and reprofiled LED headlamps. It carries forward the familiar coupe-like roofline and short tail section, featuring new LED taillights.
With the design revamp, the 2 Series Gran Coupe has been stretched by 20mm to 4,546mm, while its width and height have increased by 15mm each, now measuring 1,800mm and 1,435mm, respectively.
Moreover, a fully digital 10-inch digital instrument cluster will be there to assist the driver. A 12-speaker Harman/Kardon sound system will keep all the occupants inside the cabin entertained. The other highlights will be vegan upholstery, wireless charging, multi-functional steering wheel, automatic climate control and to name a few.
Audi Q5 Facelift
Launch Date – 17 June, 2025
Audi revealed the third-gen Q5 last year in September. The Q5 is one of the highest-selling models for Audi worldwide and this new model is expected to deliver strongly in terms of sales. Audi has said that with this new generation of the Q5, the brand will be rejuvenating their SUV portfolio.
The new-gen Q5 SUV’s design is new, the interiors are fresh, and there are multiple powertrains on offer, including a V6 engine (limited to the sportier S Q5). as well as a bigger equipment list.
The 2025 Q5 is the first SUV based on Audi’s Premium Platform Combustion (PPC). The exterior design is refreshed and in line with Audi’s latest design language.
The new-gen Q5 will get a new, slightly smaller grille flanked by slimmer Matrix LED headlights, and a redesigned front bumper. At the rear, it gets connected LED tail-lamps and a dual-tone bumper
Talking about the cabin, the third-gen Q5 will include dual digital screens, new Audi steering wheel, driver oriented centre console and leatherette upholstery. Audi has also revised the window switches and the buttons in the centre console.
