According to media reports, Toyota is planning to launch the ninth-generation Camry in India in early 2025. It is likely that the new Toyota Camry will be displayed at the Bharat Mobility Show in 2025.
Recently, Toyota Camry had been spying and testing the ninth-generation Camry in India.
The Camry will continue with its 2.5L 4-cylinder hybrid engine paired with an eCVT gearbox.
The new Toyota Camry measures a length of 4,920 mm, a width of 1,840 mm, and a height of 1,455 mm, with a wheelbase length of 2,825 mm and a boot volume of 500 liters.
Toyota will equip the sedan with ADAS features, and like before, the rear seat will retain its ultra-spacious characteristic to offer the utmost comfort and convenience to occupants.
The Toyota Camry has been running on Indian roads for over two decades. Ever since it was first launched in India in 2002, it has always catered to a niche segment of buyers.
In India, the hybrid-spec Camry is currently priced at Rs. 46.17 lakh (ex-showroom).
