Hyundai Verna Prices Hiked; New Color and Features Added

Hyundai Motor India has introduced a minor update on its popular mid-size sedan, the Verna.

The cosmetic enhancements include a new monotone color option and a rear spoiler, giving the car a sportier appearance.

The updated Verna lineup now comes with an Amazon Grey color option.

Customers can book the Verna sedan in four variants, namely, EX, S, SX, and SX (O).

The Hyundai Verna gets two engine options, including a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine (160 PS/253 Nm) and a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol unit (115 PS/144 Nm). The turbo-petrol engine is mated with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT, while the naturally aspirated engine is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox.

Hyundai Verna is now available in 10 different colors: Titan Grey, Abyss Black, Atlas White, Typhoon Silver, Starry Night, Fiery Red, Tellurian Brown, Atlas White with Black Roof, Fiery Red with Black Roof, and Amazon Grey.
