Next Generation Hyundai Venue to Launch in India on October 24 with Fresh Styling and More Features

On October 24, 2025, Hyundai Motor India is ready to launch a new model. Though the company is yet to officially announce the name, insiders in the industry are of the view that the name would be the 3rd generation Hyundai Venue. Internally referred to as QU2i, the new SUV will feature a radical new design, an enhanced in-car technology and safety technology. The powertrain of the outgoing model will probably be unchanged and the same proven performance will be retained.

2025 Hyundai Venue Exterior Updates

The Venue will stay true to its compact SUV stance but is set to look more aggressive and refined.

1. Front-end changes
   

• Larger, reshaped rectangular grille for a bolder presence
• Split headlamp setup paired with a redesigned bumper
• New front parking sensors and an ADAS camera module spotted in test mules

2. Side profile tweaks

• 16 inch diamond-cut alloy wheels for higher trims
• Thicker black cladding around the wheel arches for a rugged look
• Redesigned roof rails and wing mirrors

3. Rear design adjustments

• Longer roof spoiler for a sportier appearance
• Connected LED tail lamps from the current model expected to stay

Inside, the new Venue is likely to borrow premium touches from Hyundai’s larger SUVs, giving it a more upmarket feel.

Expected upgrades:

1. Bigger infotainment display for better usability
2. Panoramic sunroof to add a touch of luxury
3. Ventilated seats for improved comfort in hot weather
4. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for extra safety

Alongside these features, Hyundai may also refresh the dashboard layout and interior trims for a more premium look.

2025 Hyundai Venue Engine and Transmission

Hyundai is expected to keep the same tried-and-tested mechanical setup to ensure reliability.

• 1.0L turbo petrol: 120 bhp, with a choice of 6 speed iMT or 7 speed DCT gearbox
• 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol: 83 bhp, with a 5-speed manual gearbox
• 1.5L turbo diesel: 100 bhp, available with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic (torque converter)

So far, there’s no indication of any new hybrid or alternative fuel variant.

2025 Hyundai Venue Price Outlook

The current Venue is priced between ₹7.94 lakh and ₹13.62 lakh. Given the expected additions such as ADAS, a panoramic sunroof, and a larger touchscreen the 2025 Hyundai Venue price could see a slight increase over the existing range.
