Audi RS Q8 Performance bookings open in India; here’s everything you need to know

Audi India has started accepting the pre-bookings for its RS Q8 Performance SUV. Interested customers can now reserve the RS Q8 by visiting nearby authorised showrooms across the country.

The model also can be booked online using Audi India’s official website. Interested customers have to pay a token amount of Rs 5 lakh ahead of its launch on February 17.

Audi claims the new RS Q8 Performance claims to come targeting consumers who seek performance-focused driving thrill and a luxury experience.

Notably, the Audi RS Q8 Performance is Audi’s most owerful SUV in the world.

Expressing views about the new RS Q8, Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, stated, “The new Audi RS Q8 is the peak of performance SUV engineering, combining incredible power and everyday utility. Its distinctive look and superb driving characteristics appeal to a new generation of performance fans seeking both luxury and an exciting driving experience.”

In addition, he said, “With improved features and the most powerful engine, the new Audi RS Q8 Performance is intended to deliver an unrivalled driving experience that our discerning consumers demand from an Audi RS range product. We are pleased to share that bookings are now open, allowing sports car enthusiasts to book their car at the earliest, as the availability is limited.”

Audi RS Q8 Performance Powertrain

The RS Q8 Performance is powered with a 4.0-litre V8 TFSI engine that has been tuned to generate 649PS of maximum power and 850Nm of peak torque. The powerful SUV can reach triple digit speeds in 3.6 seconds.

Additionally, the Audi RS Q8 Performance top speed can be bumped up to 305kmph from the standard 250kmph with the optional package. The V8 comes mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system.

Audi RS Q8 Performance Expected Price

The official price of the Audi RS Q8 will be announced officially on 17th February 2025. However, the expected price of the RS Q8 Performance is going to cost somewhere around Rs 2 crore.
