Hyundai Tucson Delisted From Hyundai India’s Official Website

Hyundai Tucson has been silently delisted from the Indian website. However, no official discontinuation announcement has been made by Hyundai, this move strongly suggests the model may no longer be available for new bookings.

Hyundai Tucson 1st generation was launched in 2005 in India, it is currently in its fourth generation (NX4), which was first introduced for the 2022 model year.

Compared to its competitors and other Hyundai SUVs (like Creta and Alcazar), the Tucson had consistently lower sales numbers in its segment.

Hyundai India has not confirmed the reason, while the possibilities include:

• Low sales performance
• Upcoming facelift or new generation
• Strategic shift in product lineup

Variants: The Tucson SUV is available in two variants, Platinum and Signature.

Features: The Hyundai Tucson comes equipped with 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment, a touch-enabled climate control panel, and a floating 10.25-inch driver’s display.

Moreover, it features panoramic sunroof, dual-zone AC; powered, heated, and ventilated front seats; and connected car technology with remote operation.

Safety Features: Safety is covered by six airbags, a 360-degree camera, and ADAS with auto emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and lane-keep assist.

Powertrain: Under the hood, it gets 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engines paired only with automatic transmissions. Additionally, the diesel version is also offered in the 4×4 guise.
