Over 1.76 lakh Mahindra Thar Roxx Booked in just 1 hour

Mahindra recently commenced the bookings of the 5-door Thar Roxx, in just sixty minutes, the homegrown carmaker secured over 1.76 lakh bookings for the off-road SUV. The deliveries are slated to begin during Dussehra, which is in the coming weeks.
The five-door Mahindra Thar Roxx is available in six variants, namely, MX1, MX3, MX5, AX3L, AX5L, and AX7L, with prices starting from Rs. 12.99 lakh and Rs. 18.79 lakh for the RWD and the 4×4 versions.
The Thar Roxx 4×2 is available with a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine that makes 160 BHP and 330 Nm and a 2.0-liter diesel that puts out 150 BHP and 330 Nm. Both engines are paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The Thar Roxx 4×4 is powered by a 2.2-liter diesel engine, which comes in two states of tune. The 6-speed manual variants pack 150 BHP and 300 Nm, and the 6-speed automatic variants have 172 BHP and 370 Nm.
On the safety front, it gets six airbags (standard), ABS with EBD, a 360-degree camera, electronic
stability control, hill-descent control, front and rear parking sensors, and Level 2 ADAS features like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and autonomous emergency braking.
